No. Once your registration is confirmed, changes to or cancellation of your start time will not be accepted. Please ensure you select the appropriate start wave during registration.

For safety reasons, participants under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above or submit a "Parental Consent Form".

This is an experiential event, not a competitive race. For safety and smooth operations, please aim to finish within the recommended time limit of your category.

The start line for all categories is at the entrance to the Eastern Section, and the finish line is at the exit near Hoi Yu Street.

Not required. Upon arrival at the event venue, participants shall pin their running bib prominently on the front of their chest and proceed to the start area so event staff can verify their identity. Participants shall also allow time to use the event baggage storage service at North Point Community Hall before heading to the start area.

For the safety and smooth flow of all participants, please do not stop to take photos on the route—especially at the start, finish, and narrow sections. Designated photo spots have been set up where you can take photos safely and enjoy views of Victoria Harbour from the boardwalk.

Registration Information

The event will open for public registration on 2 February 2026. Registrants can simply click the "Register Now" link below to access the registration page and complete their registration.

Registration for the "Boardwalk Run" opens at 10:00 AM on 2 February 2026 and closes on 11 February 2026. If all slots are filled before the deadline, the Organiser reserves the right to close registration early without prior notice. Please refer to the event website for updates.

Upon successful registration, you will receive a confirmation email from the Organiser. Please:

  • Check your inbox (including the junk/spam folder);
  • If you do not receive the email, verify that the email address provided during registration is correct;

No. The event is free of charge.

If you are unable to participate due to unforeseen circumstances, please notify us by email at boardwalkrun@noahasia.com by 13 February 2026.

Please note that running bibs are strictly non-transferable. Any unauthorized transfer or use by a third party will result in disqualification.

Runner's Pack Collection

Participants must present the following during the designated collection period:

  • "Runner's Pack Collection" Email (digital or printed);
  • Original Hong Kong Identity Card or passport.

Yes. To minimise queueing and avoid overcrowding, all participants must collect their Runner's Pack in advance at the designated location.

Yes. You may authorise a representative to collect your Runner's Pack at the designated location on the scheduled date. They must bring:

  • Original completed Authorization Form (click here to download);
  • A printed or digital copy of the participant's "Runner's Pack Collection" Email;
  • Original identification document of the authorised representative for verification.

*Note: The authorised representative must check all items at the time of collection. Once collected, no replacements or reissues will be provided.

No. To ensure smooth operations on the event day, all participants must collect their Runner's Packs in advance. There will be no distribution of materials on the event day, so please arrange your collection beforehand.

No. To ensure smooth operations, running bibs will not be reissued or replaced once collected. Please keep your bib secure and bring it with you on the event day.

Souvenirs and Certificates

Successfully registered participants will receive:
  1. Running Bib (with safety pins)
  2. One collapsible commemorative cup (recommended for use on event day)
  3. One commemorative T-shirt (recommended for wear on event day)​

Participants who complete the course will also receive a commemorative medal at the finish line.

The Organiser will make every effort to provide your selected size. However, final distribution is subject to stock availability and an exact match cannot be guaranteed.
Please check your T-shirt size on-site upon collection. No size changes will be allowed after collection.

The e-certificate will be available for download in mid-March 2026. Please visit the website to download your e-certificate at that time.

Event Facilities

Complimentary baggage storage service is available at the following location. Please check in your bag at least 30 minutes before your start time to avoid queues.

  • North Point Community Hall

On event day, present your running bib at the baggage deposit area to check in your bag. Please use your own luggage bag and avoid depositing valuables. The Organiser is not liable for any loss or damage.

If you cannot locate your baggage on event day, please report immediately to staff at the baggage storage area. Do not deposit any valuable or dangerous items. The Organiser will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. In case of disputes, participants are full responsible for their deposited baggage.

Yes. Drinking water will be available at near the start line and at the finish line. To support our environmental initiative, runners are encouraged to bring their own collapsible commemorative cup or reusable bottle.

Yes. Fixed first aid stations are located at the start and finish areas. If you need assistance at any time, please approach event staff or on‑site first aiders.

Yes. For participants' convenience, portable toilets are available near the exit at Hoi Yu Street. Please follow on-site signage to locate them. Alternatively, participants can use the public toilets near the North Point Ferry Pier Public Transport Interchange.

General Inquiries

The Organiser has purchased third-party liability insurance. However, participants assume all risks during the event. We strongly recommend consulting a doctor and undergoing a health check before the event to ensure you are fit to participate.
